How it works

Build a plan in under 2 minutes. The randomizer uses a fair Fisher–Yates shuffle so every activity has an equal chance.

  1. 1

    Add your activities

Click Add in the Activities panel. Give each item a short name and a category (Work, Study, Exercise, Leisure, etc.).

  2. 2

Set time slots & start time

Choose a start time (e.g., 06:00) and define slots (Morning, Midday…) with durations in minutes.

  3. 3

    Shuffle your day

Hit Shuffle. The app distributes activities across slots using a fair Fisher–Yates shuffle.

  4. 4

    Refine & reshuffle

Adjust activities or slot durations and shuffle again until it looks right.

  5. 5

    Save or export

Save locally (no account required) or export your schedule as PDF or CSV.

FAQ

Is my data stored on a server?

No. Your activities and slots are saved to your browser’s local storage only. Nothing is sent to our servers.

How does the randomizer work?

We use a Fisher–Yates shuffle to fairly randomize the activity order. Every item has an equal chance of appearing in any position.

Can I export my schedule?

Yes. You can export to PDF or CSV. CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers.

Do you support weekly or monthly schedules?

The MVP focuses on daily schedules. Weekly and monthly views are planned for upcoming versions.

Can I lock certain slots (e.g., work hours)?

Locking is planned. You’ll be able to mark slots as fixed so they won’t be randomized.

Will it sync with Google Calendar?

Calendar sync is on the roadmap. For now, export your plan and import it into your calendar manually.

Does it work offline?

Yes. After the first load, you can continue using it. Everything runs locally in your browser.

Which time zone does it use?

It uses your device’s local time zone. Start times and slot outputs follow your local clock.
